As a 'Test IT' professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site, providing a dynamic work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and executing test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Conducting regression testing to ensure product stability and performance.
• Participating in code reviews and providing feedback on quality standards.
• Developing and maintaining automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
• Continuously improving testing processes and methodologies.

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Professional experience in software testing within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
• Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
